Kristy Snow is the current president of TransCentralPA She has been involved with TransCentralPA since October 2003 and is one of it's founding members. Kristy is also the co-chair and co-founder of the Keystone Conference an annual transgender conference held in Harrisburg each year since 2009. She is a co-founder of CLK Events, an organization dedidated to providing support to both trans and cis-gender women, and serves as their assistant secretary/treasurer. She believes in giving back to her community and has passionately offered her talents to support other organizations and events including First Event in Boston and the Lake Erie Gala in Erie, PA. Kristy is also a 21-year veteran of the US Air Force and enjoys snow skiing, movies and web programming and is interested in constitutional law and sub-atomic physics.
Lauren Stein

Lauren has practiced law in Pennsylvania for over twenty-five years with over twenty years in private practice. She has experience doing name changes for adults, minors, and transgender clients. Having started her transition in 2016, she continues to further her transition and work within the community by serving as Vice-President of TCPA and finding opportunities to educate anyone willing to learn.
Charlene Cash

Secretary/Treasurer
Charlene is retired from the U.S. Marine Corps after 25 years of service and is an outdoor enthusiast. Primarily trained in logistics with the military, she has had opportunities for a wide array of duties and locations around the world. She finished her career in Japan as the Executive Officer for a military installation. While always having a desire for outdoor activities, particularly hiking and backpacking, the COVID-19 pandemic provided the opportunity to fully embrace this desire. After retirement, Charlene embarked on a grand backpacking journey and continues to build upon those experiences. Outside of the outdoors, she is the secretary/treasurer for Trans Central PA and volunteers with the American Red Cross to provide emergency communications during disaster events.
Karen Lehman

Spouse / Significant Other Program Director
Karen is the Spouse/Significant Other Program Director of TransCentralPA. She is married to Jennifer (Jen) who transitioned in 2013. Karen and Jen met in college and had been married for 24 years when Jen confided in Karen that she was transgender. It took Karen five years to accept that Jen needed to transition and that she wanted to try to make their marriage last. They renewed their vows as Karen and Jen for their 30th anniversary and have now been married for 39 years. They have a daughter, son-in-law, son, daughter-in-law, and two granddaughters. Karen is a Preschool Teacher’s Aide and is a very active member at her Lutheran ELCA church.
Lillian Munsch

Transwomen Program Director
Lillian Munsch has been a member of TranscentralPA since 2016. She currently serves as the Transwomen Program Director and previously as the Secretary/Treasurer. She transitioned late in life at the age of 68 in 2016 after living in secret since I was a child. She enjoys meeting others and you can find her at Carley's Ristorante, her favorite restaurant in Harrisburg.
Holly Evans

Family & Youth Program Director
Holly Evans is a Professional Engineer with over 35 years of Experience. She is the President of Evans Engineering Inc a Civil and Structural Engineering firm based out of Harrisburg Pa, A company she started in 1989. She is also a Senior Partner in Strata Development, a Construction Management Company, as well as a partner in the firm Modern Architectural Design and the Managing Member in Blue Mountain Properties LLC. All Companies started by Ms. Evans. In Her professional career Ms. Evans has worked with companies such as Amazon, Pepsi, Hershey, Proctor and Gamble, Whirlpool, and Prologis Corp. In preforming her work she interacts with corporate executives, lawyers, contractors and various government agencies. In April 2018 Ms. Evans publicly transitioned and began working full time as her authentic self. Throughout her transition she has found acceptance from her business partners, clients, piers and co-workers.
Karla Goodner

Karla is a transgender woman who came out to her spouse in 2009. She began her transition in 2017 while working for South Londonderry Township as head of maintenance and a licensed Wastewater Operator. Retiring this year after 25 years on the job. After having spent her career behind the scenes, she continues in community service. She is a member of TransCentralPA, My Feminine Heart and a new member of the Vanity Club. She serves as the Registrar for the Keystone Conference and previously as the Secretary/Treasurer for TransCentralPA. She enjoys traveling and astronomy.
